Job summary

Blackberry Jack is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire a crew, champion the branded menu, and drive the team to meet targets while upholding exceptional standards of food quality and service.

You will manage ordering, prep, and stock control, ensuring strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations. A passion for developing talent and delivering guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive the team to meet targets and deliver results.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Maintain mastery of the branded menu and its standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
