Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC,Barley Mow, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, at Sizzling Pub & Grill, part of one of the UK’s most loved pub brands.

In this role you will train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, while driving performance and guest satisfaction. Join a team focused on growth and community.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub/restaurant.
• Ability to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
