Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Church Mouse, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and be passionate about serving high-quality food and developing great people.

Based at Vintage Inns pubs, you will drive standards, manage stock and ordering, and ensure all health and hygiene regulations are met, with opportunities for progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Church Mouse , you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
