Black Bull - Liverpool is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building an outstanding kitchen. You will manage training, stock, and ordering while ensuring the branded menu is delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a pub or branded restaurant.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food they can be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and maintain high performance.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistent quality.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance across the kitchen.
