Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Badger pub. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, train great people and deliver high quality food.

You will manage food prep, stock control, and health and hygiene standards, while driving targets with your team and helping to create a branded menu experience for guests across Vintage Inns and related brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Drive targets with your team and maintain performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Deliver a branded menu experience across the venue.
