Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Junction venue is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Knowledge of inventory/stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menu operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Ensure team compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
