Job summary

Eastfield Arms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to inspire and lead a busy kitchen. You will train chefs, ensure high standards on a branded menu, and drive performance as part of a passionate team.

You will manage food orders, prep, and stock control while upholding health and hygiene rules. The role offers flexible shifts, progression opportunities, and recognised benefits within a supportive pub group.
