Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and delivering a branded menu. You will train and inspire chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and help your team meet targets with strong health & hygiene standards.

The role emphasizes progression opportunities and a collaborative pub-kitchen environment within Ember Inns and related brands.
