Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Ambleside is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the White Lion Hotel within Ember Inns to support the Head Chef and run a kitchen you can be proud of. You will train chefs, manage stock, oversee the branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene standards while benefiting from flexible shifts, discounts, Wagestream access, and clear progression opportunities.
