Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train staff, and build a kitchen you can be proud of.

You'll oversee food prep, stock control, health and hygiene compliance and ensure the branded menu is followed, while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Ability to follow and implement branded menu standards.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
