Job summary

The Old Red Lion invites applications for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen you can be proud of, and lead a team delivering great food. You’ll train chefs, manage stock and food orders, and ensure adherence to branded menus and hygiene standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Old Red Lion, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
