Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ember Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Old Red Lion. You will support the Head Chef, train chefs and manage the branded menu to deliver proud, high‑quality food.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Old Red Lion, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
