Job summary

Bramley Cottage is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef in delivering great food and leading a busy kitchen. You will train and motivate the team, oversee stock and ordering, and ensure recipes and portions meet our branded menu standards.

You will drive hygiene and safety, push for targets with your team, and develop skills through paid qualifications and progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlins’ Ember Inns group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast paced pub/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and HACCP.
• Proven ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Work to hit targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Maintain a branded menu and consistent portion control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
