Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at Ember Inns Bramley Cottage, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, help build a kitchen to be proud of, and master the branded menu with a passion for serving great food.

You will train and inspire the Chefs and Kitchen Team, assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control, ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations, and push to smash targets while delivering a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to high standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen.
• Comfort with managing stock, orders and portion control.
• Understanding branded menus and consistent quality.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Bramley Cottage, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
