Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for Ember Inns in Redditch. You will support the Head Chef, train Chefs, and ensure the kitchen delivers high-quality pub meals with pride.

You'll manage food ordering, stock, and consistency with a branded menu while upholding health and hygiene standards. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for progression, with flexible shifts and staff discounts.
