Colney Fox is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead a talented team, drive standards on a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a pub or restaurant environment.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Colney Fox, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
