Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers' Crown pub is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train staff, manage the branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met in a busy pub environment.

You’ll drive service with a passion for great food, control stock and ordering, and help your team reach targets while delivering memorable guest experiences across our rural pubs network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage stock, orders and menu execution.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
