Job summary

Spread Eagle in the Vintage Inns collection is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, with a passion for serving great food and training great people. You’ll be the master of the menu and help create a welcoming guest experience in a cosy rural pub setting.

You’ll train your team, drive performance, and manage ordering and stock while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.

• Experience leading a kitchen team

• Comfort with food ordering and stock control

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance.
