Colcot Arms Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to own the menu with a passion for great food and training great people. You’ll join Sizzling Pub & Grill, a beloved UK pub brand, at the heart of the community.

You’ll lead, train, and motivate chefs and kitchen staff, drive performance to hit targets, manage ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while delivering consistently excellent meals

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
