Job summary

Talbot in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, master the menu and train great people. You’ll be part of Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs with a cosy atmosphere.

If you want to be part of the Inn crowd, we want to hear from you. You’ll train and inspire your team, manage food ordering, stock and ensure health and hygiene standards, helping the kitchen hit targets and deliver great food.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Talbot, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
