Job summary

Cuckoo at Vintage Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll oversee food preparation, train chefs, and deliver a branded menu with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Strong leadership and target-driven mindset.
• Experience with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Understanding of branded menu execution and hygiene standards.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Cuckoo, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
