Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the Rose & Crown, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and manage daily kitchen operations. You will train Chefs, oversee food ordering and stock, ensure high standards on health and hygiene, and lead a branded menu with a focus on great food and great people.
