Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Colcot Arms Hotel to lead and inspire the kitchen team, delivering high standards and a branded menu. You will work closely with the Head Chef to train chefs, manage stock and contribute to strong guest experiences.

You will drive performance, support with food ordering and preparation, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while benefiting from flexible shifts and staff discounts.
