Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for the Black Horse Inn, part of Sizzling Pub & Grill. You will support the Head Chef, manage the kitchen to deliver great food, and train your team.

The role emphasises brand menus, health and hygiene compliance, and stock control, with opportunities for progression and paid qualifications. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are offered.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
