Job summary

White Lion, part of Ember Inns and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen that delivers great food and trains great people. You will train chefs, manage stock and be part of a branded menu, while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are included as part of the package.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe White Lion, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
