Job summary

Red Lion in Bath is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train your team, manage stock, and ensure the menu is executed with passion and precision.

You’ll drive performance, balance costs, and uphold brand standards while fostering a welcoming guest experience. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Red Lion, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
