Job summary

White Lion Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire a team, manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure meals meet brand standards.

• Experience leading a kitchen team and driving results.
• Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a branded kitchen.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe White Lion Hotel, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
