Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at our Devon Doorway venue. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team of Chefs, and ensure excellent food quality and service.

The role involves training staff, managing stock, and maintaining brand standards across menus. The position emphasizes driving performance, meeting targets, and upholding hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop staff while meeting targets.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food operation.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu execution and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
