Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Heswall is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu.

You will train chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, all while working with Premium Country Pubs’ brands.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
