Blue Bowl in Bristol is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the menu and train a great team. You will drive quality and guest satisfaction in a busy pub kitchen.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock, and hygiene practices while helping your team grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Sound knowledge of health and hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality.
