Job summary

Wagon & Horses in Gloucester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen you can be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for great food and for training great people.

Join Mitchells & Butlers’ Sizzling Pub & Grill brand and help us serve guests from breakfast to the big game. If you have sizzling skills and want progression within a supportive team, this could be your role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong focus on food quality, portion control and mis en place.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Work with Head Chef to meet targets and maintain performance.
• Oversee food ordering, stock control and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and hygiene standards.
