Mitchells & Butlers in the Crown (Vintage Inns) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will master the menu, train your Chefs, manage stock and food prep while delivering great service in a welcoming rural pub setting. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow with paid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain standards.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed.
