Job summary

White Horse Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee menu execution, train talent, and drive the team to deliver great meals with a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub environment.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
