Sizzling Pub & Grill – Elisabeth Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, train great staff, and manage stock, ordering and menu execution while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.

You will work within one of the UK’s beloved pub brands, benefitting from mobile-friendly application and opportunities for progression, with competitive pay and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
• Familiarity with ordering, stock control and menu execution.
• Understanding health and hygiene regulations and safe food-handling practices.
