Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for the Oatsheaf in Fleet. You will support the Head Chef, manage kitchen routines, and help build a kitchen to be proud of.

You’ll oversee food preparation, stock control, and staff training while driving incredible guest experiences in a premium pub setting. You’ll lead and inspire a team of chefs, manage menus, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant or pub.
• Knowledge of health and safety/hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate kitchen staff.
• Strong passion for quality food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive the team to hit targets and maintain high standards.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Operate within a branded menu and ensure compliance with health regulations.
