Job summary

All Bar One Luton Airport is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train a team, and ensure every dish reflects our branded menu. Based at Luton Airport (Airside), you’ll step up in the Head Chef’s absence and help deliver great experiences for guests.

You’ll manage food preparation, ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene compliance, while enjoying flexible shifts and staff discounts as part of Mitchells & Butlers.

Job description

This role is based within Luton Airport (Airside). The typical shift pattern for this role will be varied in line with airport opening and closing hours with weekend availability required.

For airport security, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You may be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.

As a Sous Chef atAll Bar One Luton Airport, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
