Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead training, manage stock, order food, and ensure the branded menu is executed with consistency.

You will drive performance with your team and uphold health and safety standards in a busy pub kitchen. The role offers flexible shifts, extensive staff discounts across our brands, and opportunities for paid qualifications and progression within the company.
