Job summary

Wickes in Sunderland is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to turn showroom enquiries into completed sales, visiting customers at home when needed. You’ll combine strong sales instincts with design training to tailor spaces that clients are proud of, while hitting targets and earning commission.

You’ll participate in comprehensive training, use new 3D Cloud design tools, and manage the full customer journey from first contact to installation, in-store or at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Willingness to learn design tools and product solutions.
• Ability to build rapport and trusted customer relationships.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into purchases and meeting targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Support customers in-store, virtually and at home to help them decide.
• Use 3D Cloud design tools to create and present kitchen/bathroom designs.
• Deliver full Wickes customer journey across store, online and home visits.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold company standards.
• Stay compliant with policies including finance, GDPR and health & safety.
