Job summary

Wickes is looking for a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant who excels at turning enquiries into sales and guiding customers from showroom to home visits. You’ll work with our 3D Cloud design tools to present and refine layouts, while building long-term relationships and delivering a seamless Wickes journey.

You’ll join a training-focused team with mentorship, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to close deals.
• Motivated by targets and commission.
• Willing to learn Wickes products and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by converting enquiries into sales toward targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, virtually and at home.
• Create inspiring kitchen and bathroom designs with our 3D Cloud tools.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across in-store, virtual and home visits.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay compliant with company policies including finance, GDPR and health & safety.
