Job summary

Wickes seeks a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from initial showroom conversations to home visits, helping design spaces that reflect their ideas with care.

You’ll transform conversations into inspiring designs using our tools, stay organised in a busy showroom, and build trusted relationships while meeting sales targets. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to visit customers at home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at home.
• Generate leads within showroom and convert prospects.
• Create inspiring designs using design tools and refine with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Keep customers updated and communicate progress clearly.
• Comply with policies including GDPR and health & safety.
