Wickes in Banbury is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to guide customers from initial showroom conversation to home visits. You’ll understand needs, recommend solutions and lead customers toward a purchase, delivering confident service to meet sales targets.

You will receive comprehensive training, access to our design tools and ongoing mentor support to develop design skills and build a long-term career in retail sales.

Qualifikationen

• You have proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• You are customer-focused and able to build rapport quickly.
• You are driven by targets and comfortable with commission structures.
• You are organised, proactive and manage details effectively.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into purchases.
• Generate leads within showroom and via follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, online and at home.
• Create inspiring kitchen/bathroom designs using 3D Cloud tools.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across in-store, virtual and home visits.
• Maintain showroom displays to high standards.
• Follow company policies including GDPR and health & safety.
