Wickes in the United Kingdom is looking for a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to help customers create spaces they feel proud of. From showroom conversations to home visits, you’ll understand needs, recommend solutions and guide them to a purchase.

Join a role that blends sales with design training, with 39 hours per week, an uncapped commission, and a structured eight-week onboarding. You’ll work in-store, virtually and at customers’ homes, supported by mentors and a company laptop.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience in retail or showroom environments.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to learn Wickes products and design tools.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building.
• Able to work 39 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales: turn enquiries into sales by finding the right solutions for each customer’s space and budget, working towards targets.
• Generate leads: proactively create opportunities within your showroom and follow up with potential customers.
• Build trusted relationships: support customers in-store, virtually and at home, helping them make confident decisions.
• Create inspiring design: use our new 3D Cloud design tools to create, present and refine kitchen and bathroom designs with customers.
• Deliver our full Wickes customer journey: whether it’s in-store, virtual, or at a customer’s home, you’ll treat every customer with the same attention.
• Look after your showroom maintaining displays and keeping up our high standards.
• Stay compliant with all company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.
