Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant in the UK. You will turn enquiries into sales, guide customers from showroom to home visits, and deliver the full Wickes customer journey with great service and targets in mind.

You’ll use our 3D Cloud design tools to create inspiring designs, build relationships, and pursue sales goals with uncapped commission. Comprehensive training and mentor support are provided, plus a company laptop and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in converting enquiries to sales.
• Strong focus on customer needs and solutions.
• Willingness to learn product design tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into sales and meeting targets.
• Generate leads within showroom and follow up with prospects.
• Build trusted relationships in-store, virtually and at home.
• Create inspiring designs using 3D Cloud tools with customers.
• Deliver Wickes customer journey across in-store, virtual and home visits.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Follow company policies including GDPR and health & safety.
