Job summary

Wickes is hiring a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from showroom discussions to home visits, turning ideas into real spaces. You’ll understand client needs, offer expert advice, and own the end-to-end design journey.

You’ll use your design knowledge to create inspiring layouts, present refinements with customers, and manage the showroom experience while meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent listening and relationship skills.
• Sales driven with consultative selling experience and targets.
• Experience with design tools is desirable; UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually, or at a customer’s home with care.
• Turn prospects into customers; generate leads within the showroom.
• Create inspiring designs using Wickes tools and present ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organized, communicate progress clearly and keep customers updated.
• Comply with company policies including GDPR and health & safety.
