Kitchen Assistant

Location: Holdingham Grange, Sleaford
Salary: £12.25 per hour + a wide range of benefits*
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (including every other weekend, varying shifts between 8:00am earliest start and 7:00pm latest finish)

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team and help maintain the smooth running of our kitchen operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen.
• Thoroughly wash and care for all kitchen equipment.
• Ensure materials issued are used efficiently and responsibly.
• Report defects, damages, or breakages to the Chef/Assistant Cook.
• Support the day-to-day running of kitchen duties.
• Assist with the preparation of vegetables, sandwiches, and other food items.
• Ensure all kitchen and ancillary rooms are cleaned according to schedule.
• Work flexibly across different areas as required.
• Maintain a clean, ironed, and presentable uniform at all times.
