Positive Retail is a mission-driven UK retailer launching its King’s Cross flagship. You will own the store, the team, the standards and the customer experience with a commercial mindset and adherence to our values.

You will lead a high-energy, inclusive team, plan rotas, coach performance, manage stock, and partner with HQ to grow the jewellery category For Keeps and run in-store events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Store Manager in premium fashion/jewellery or lifestyle retail.
• Experience in Central London or high-footfall locations preferred.
• Proven track record of beating sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong KPI literacy and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the King’s Cross flagship, owning the store, team, standards and customer experience.
• Plan rotas monthly to align with trading patterns and wage budget; manage holidays around peak periods.
• Run probation reviews, one-to-ones and annual appraisals; coach performance.
• Maintain premium, cohesive visual merchandising and stock replenishment standards.
• Drive events and partnerships with neighbours and brand founders to grow the business.
