Dweet in London’s King’s Cross is seeking a Store Manager to lead the flagship, own the numbers, and cultivate a high-energy, inclusive team. You’ll drive sales, manage stock, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fashion and jewellery environment.

You’ll already have 2+ years in premium retail, a track record of beating targets, and a hands-on approach to coaching and development. You’ll shape visual standards, plan rotas, and partner with HQ to grow the For Keeps range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Store Manager in premium fashion or jewellery.
• Proven track record of beating sales targets.
• Experience recruiting, developing and performance-managing a team.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to read KPI reports and act quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store sales budget and KPIs including conversion and ATV.
• Lead and develop a high-energy team.
• Plan rotas and holidays around peak periods.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and stock controls.
• Run events and partnerships with local neighbours and brand partners.
