Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for the Regent Street store in London. You will drive an elevated customer experience, lead a small team, and partner with Store Leader to translate brand strategy into in-store execution.

You'll balance strategic thinking with operational discipline, coach supervisors and team members, and ensure the store delivers exceptional service while achieving commercial KPIs in a high-volume luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail leadership with a focus on customer experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales through service standards and customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of customer service in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; able to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication; able to provide clear direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver elevated, personalized service.
• Act as on-floor service leader, coaching the team in real time to SKIMS standards.
• Ensure floor staffing, zoning, and smooth operations during peak periods.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop product knowledge and ensure staff can discuss fit, function, and fabric.
• Support KPIs such as conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Operations to ensure a seamless journey.
