Fashion Personnel is seeking a commercially minded retail leader to take full ownership of a flagship store in London, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee stock and operations, and act as the brand ambassador to elevate service, presentation and growth. The role requires proven flagship experience and a strong KPI focus in a fast-paced London environment.

An exciting opportunity has come up to lead a London flagship store, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving commercial performance and bringing the brand to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. You will take full ownership of the store's performance, inspire and develop a high-performing team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality, values and vision of our brand.

As the face of the flagship store, you will combine strong business acumen with a passion for people, product and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership: Take ownership of sales, profitability, KPIs and overall store performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and growth.
• Team Development: Recruit, lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team, building a positive, inclusive and results-driven culture.
• Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer journey that builds loyalty and strengthens brand reputation.
• Operational Management: Oversee stock management, workforce planning, compliance, loss prevention and day-to-day store operations.
• Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring the flagship store sets the benchmark for service, experience and presentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve results.

About You

You are an inspiring retail leader with a proven track record of managing a successful store, with at least a £10 million turnover.

You will bring:

• Previous experience managing a high-performing retail store, with flagship or large-format experience highly desirable.
• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people-development skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, sales forecasting, stock management and operational excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic London retail environment while maintaining the highest standards.
