Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage One Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Alcester area. This is a full-time position starting in November for the rest of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be confident managing a classroom and supporting positive behaviour, creating a calm and structured environment where pupils can thrive.

As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and assessing lessons, as well as contributing to the wider life of the school.

As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will:

• Pay from £168.80 to £232.57 which equates to £32,916 to £45,351.15 based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1-M6)
